I stayed in the room that was will not be cleaned or fresh towels provided and available with 2 queen beds. The hotel had helpful staff members. As for me, the location was GOOD and absolutely perfect, not far from Walk of Fame and downtown and local attractions and transport.

there was ongoing construction in the lobby, which made the hotel appear messy and unorganized. Lastly, I had to deal with an unexpected and unexplained charge on my bank account after checking out, and the hotel staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue.
